Our website allows you to checkout with both options, you can order as a guest or you can create an account - which we highly recommend so you can track your orders, history and get the latest updates.
For international shipment, we use EMS International. Main Website : https://ems.posindonesia.co.id/ And for domestic shipment, we use Pos Indonesia.
Request for other courier arrangement can be entertained, additional rate may differ. Reach us via [email protected] for requested shipping service.
Shipment can be charged based on actual weight or volumetric measurement : L(Length) x W (Width) X H (Height) with 5000 divisor. Some items have bigger dimensional measurement and made from leather. To avoid flaws on leather material, it may require specific package box with extra length, width and height.
We accept payments via PayPal and Bank Transfer via BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia) - account number : 0038 - 79-4680. Bank recipient name : Farida Noor Fanany.
We will process & send the package in 3 x 24 hours, at the latest, if the items are in stock and after the payment is received in our account.
For shipping information, we will inform you the courier receipt number for further tracking after the package is sent. Tracking can be viewed on courier's main website.
Our production does not entertain any customized items. Kindly purchase the available products on our online store.
Currently, we don't have one. We are selling via online platform. We used to participate in a few trade bazaars in Jakarta and Yogyakarta. We will notify you for the incoming bazaar participation.
Items that have been sent cannot be returned and there will be no refund once the items are delivered.
